During the last few weeks we have been testing the new helpdesk suite for forumz.cc customers.

As of today it will definitely replace the old software as many users reported difficulties in accessing the OTRS platform.

When you need submit a trouble ticket to the customer care team, please point your browser to http://eticket.redius.com and open a new ticket. Make sure you use a valid email address as follow-up details of your ticket, as it is been processed, will be emailed at the address you register.
